Erika Gray is the Director of Education at Kohl Children’s Museum (KCM) located in Glenview, IL. Erika has been employed at KCM for nineteen years, nine years as a museum educator developing, teaching and facilitating educational programs and workshops for children, parents, and teachers. In 2008, became the Director of Education overseeing the daily operations of the education department focusing on the creation and facilitation of all public programs, outreach, and professional development grants and workshops for children, caregivers and teachers as well as collaborating with the exhibits department by providing educational content. Erika has a B.S. in Art Education from Bowling Green State University and is a volunteer board member for Early Childhood Community Coalition of Lake County and Women of the Village Providers Network, in Waukegan, IL and enjoys creating pottery and quilt making.
